ThePayBureau started because our founder, Minhaz Moosa, runs a payroll bureau and lived those problems every single day. Payroll software runs the calculations — but nothing pulled together the practice around it: every client, every HMRC deadline, every checklist and pension declaration, in one place.

What we’re building

ThePayBureau is a payroll CRM, powered by AI. It tracks every RTI, FPS and EPS deadline automatically, keeps a checklist for every payroll cycle, manages every client and pension declaration, and gives you Penny — an AI assistant that answers questions across your whole book in plain English.

It’s free forever for individual consultants, and grows with you: from a solo consultant, to a multi-person bureau, to an enterprise operation — one account, no migrations, no new systems.
